About Kids Inspire
Kids Inspire (KI) provides a range of therapeutic and community services across Essex (the charity is also growing into Thurrock and Suffolk) for service users who are impacted by mental health challenges and trauma. We have a range of highly qualified therapists offering strong management support and peer support throughout our team. Launched in 2007, by the CEO and Clinical Director, Sue Bell OBE DL, Kids Inspire has a track record of success, a highly engaged board of trustees, and a determination and drive to make a sustainable difference in the lives of children, young people and families.
The opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident communicator to join our Therapy Support Services Team, with preferred admin experience within the NHS or within schools.

Job Title: Therapy Support Services Administrator
Location of the Job: Head Office, Kids Inspire, Hargrave House, Hollycroft, CM2 7FW
Contractual Terms: Employed
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Band 4 (£25,204 to £27,658 FTE)
Main activities
The role includes but is not limited to:
to be responsible for disseminating information in relation to therapy services
to follow screening processes in order to support the therapy management team in allocating the most appropriate services to service users
maintaining up-to-date clinical data via client record management system
making and receiving sensitive telephone calls with potential and existing service users.
to support with the collation of data in relation to performance, statistics, service users feedback and activity, producing summary reports as required
to provide support to the therapy team in relation to assessments, referrals and intervention bookings
Requirements and conditions include:
proven excellent administrative experience (preferably in a school or healthcare setting)
professional and confident telephone manner
excellent interpersonal skills
attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
excellent computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office)
an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and therapy processes through relevant training or experience
You will be subject to an enhanced check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
