A day where we invite everyone to come together to talk about what they do to look after their own wellbeing.

Kids Inspire held its first ever wellbeing awareness activities in 2019 to shine a spotlight on the importance of looking after our wellbeing to protect our own mental health and that of our family.

How you can be involved?

Wear your Wellbeing

Wear the colour that reflects your mood, pop on your PJs or keep your comfy yoga pants on to show how you like to take time out for you and donate £2 to Kids Inspire.

We all know what it’s like to feel stress or overwhelm, doing activities or being mindful about our wellbeing can really help us to stay mentally healthy.
