Festive fundraising brings cheer to all

What a busy, indulgent and fun couple of weeks we’ve had. We started with our ever popular (and hugely festive) Tudor Christmas Shopping event and ended last week with our annual Charity Ball – this year decadently Alpine Winter themed.

At our Tudor Christmas Shopping event at Ingatestone Hall, we welcomed just under 200 guests. All were greeted with mulled wine and mince pies, while the first through the door at both the afternoon and evening sessions were additionally greeted with generously filled goody bags.

Comments were received around the ‘delight of Christmas Shopping in the beautiful setting of Tudor Manor house Ingatestone Hall’.

We were delighted to welcome over 15 stall holders selling a range of goods including luxurious homeware, vintage clothing, jewellery, cakes and much more.  Guests raised over £4,500 from the two events.

At our Alpine Winter Ball, we once again welcomed 170 guests and supporters – we are forever grateful to friends old and new. Guests were greeted by Snow Angels, an impressively talented pianist, plus a sleigh photo booth.

Drinks on arrival, canapes, a delicious meal and dessert were also enjoyed at stunning Stock Brook Country Club – our venue of choice that has supported us for many years.

A silent auction, raffle, ‘heads or tails’, and a DJ set that packed the dance floor throughout were all fabulous additions to the special event that raised over £16,000.

We want to say a massive THANK YOU to all our guests and supporters at both events as without you we couldn’t raise these vital funds that help us to continue our work with children, young people, and their families, suffering with emerging mental health needs and trauma.

We also want to say a huge thank you to our generous volunteers and donors, whether they gifted us in their time, professional support or prizes and gifts, we are as always – truly grateful. We couldn’t continue to provide the level of service to so many young people in need, within Essex, without your ongoing support.

Across the two events we would like to say individual thanks to:
