Resources for you, your family or school

During Children’s Mental Health Week (7-13 February) we want to share some mental health and wellbeing resources to help us “grow together”:

Mentally Health Schools – Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families: Mental health and wellbeing resources for primary and secondary school pupils themed around four different areas:

  • Anti-racism

  • LGBTQI+

  • Girls and young women

  • Disability and neurodiversity

Place2Be: Ideas that can be adapted for use in school, for home-schooling, online lessons or independent learning, including Virtual Assemblies with a selection of familiar faces.

Worth-It: 5 Practical and Meaningful Activities for Children's Mental Health Week.

Young Minds: A range of resources to help you support the young people in your lives.

Time to Change: Tried and tested sessions, activities, toolkits, training programmes and films with students and staff.

Our team have collated their own resources and strategies to support children and families, or individuals to promote positive mental health:

A-Z of Wellbeing Ideas from our helpful clinical team.

A Daily Wellness Journal and other ideas for daily wellbeing.

A Self-Care Presentation, including ideas to promote self-care in children – an online resource.
