Ending January on a Health Day

On Saturday 30th January Unique Results opened their doors for an afternoon of fitness health and nutrition. Kids Inspire staff, supporters and Unique Results members were offered sample classes in Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Kettlebells and Spinning. Our staff was on hand for Cranial Sacral Therapy and allergy testing via the Quest machine.

£356 was raised in donations on the day, we hope to repeat this event later in the year. Thank you to all the instructors who donated their time and Unique Results for providing the venue.
