2021 and a COVID-19 update

To all our service users, supporters and friends we want to wish you a happy and healthy New Year.

We also wanted to remind everyone that we remain alert, ready and equipped to support our service users in the coming weeks of uncertainty and beyond.

For months now we have been delivering our therapeutic service online, tailoring the sessions to the needs of individuals and families. This will continue and we are encouraging more service users to move their sessions online to help limit the movement at HQ.

However, a COVID secure Hargrave House will remain open for two days a week (Monday and Thursday) for face-to-face appointments for our most vulnerable service users, and for those who are unable to engage online. A risk assessment will need to be completed before each visit, which asks that visitors remain alert for symptoms of COVID-19.

Our priority remains for the health and wellbeing of our team and our service users.

Please be extra vigilant during this difficult time, but likewise do not hesitate to reach out if you need our support, our Clinical Admin Team are available 8am-6pm daily:
