We are excited to announce the appointment of our Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vicky Haylock, who has worked at Kids Inspire for over four years. Hear from Vicky below:

"I am both proud and inspired to be progressing my journey with Kids Inspire as its first ever Chief Operating Officer (COO). I first joined the team in 2018 after a successful career in teaching which came to an end after I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of funded services available to support pupils and families through challenging times. Kids Inspire’s mission to provide trauma and mental health recovery support to families resonated with this experience, so I was pleased to join as Manager of Operations.  

Four years on and I’ve started my new role as second in command at Kids Inspire with the aim of providing leadership and strategic vision to the organisation whilst developing and overseeing operational, managerial and administrative procedures. The COO role has been introduced at a pivotal time of growth for the charity and I intend to increase our overall efficiency to support us to help even more children, young people and families in Essex and beyond. "
