Volunteering* opportunities – Summer and September
Our summer lunch club is looking for chaperones on some fun local days out – to muck in with den building, bug hunting and much more.
We will be visiting Marsh Farm for some animal petting and outdoor fun, plus visiting two of the Essex Country Parks – Weald in Brentwood, to walk along the renowned Stickman trail and Great Notley in Braintree for an exhilarating adventure.
Later on in the holidays we will head over to the beautiful RHS Garden Hyde Hall to take part in their fantastic summer activities, while the incredibly supportive New Hall School will be hosting a day of fun to round off the end of the lunch club for yet another holiday!
Volunteers are needed for Wednesday and Thursdays (9-3pm) through the school summer holidays. Please email email@example.com for more information.
What’s it like to be me project
Our Drama Therapy and Film making Project – is looking for budding media or drama enthusiasts for an 18-week project on a Thursday evening during term-time from September.
The project aims to create a space for young people to talk about mental health and provide them with a safe environment to do so. This will happen alongside learning about making a film and being in front of and behind a camera
Our qualified drama therapists will be leading on this project.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
*These opportunities are largely based in our offices in Chelmsford, Fox Crescent.
