We encourage participation from as many Kids Inspire supporters as interested!
If you’d like to be involved as an individual then why not plan a week full of wellbeing activities? These don’t need to be paid for activities – there are so many things that you can do in the week to support good mental health that are all for free:
- Go for a walk
- Start a new weekly exercise regime
- Join a new club
- Learn a new skill
- Listen to some relaxing or mindfulness podcasts (like this one by Dr Rangan Chatterjee)
- Talk to someone you don’t know but regularly see!
- Get to know your neighbours
