Kids Inspire ‘Wellbeing’ Week

Kids Inspire ‘Wellbeing’ Week

*****RESCHEDULED*****

12-19 May has been held for Kids Inspire Wellbeing week for a while, but at the last minute we made the decision to reschedule the week due to the charity moving into new premises (the move has been ‘all hands’ on deck and social media activity has been dominated by the move!)

Some super organisations will still be fundraising in support of our wellbeing week and raising awareness (12-19 May) while others have opted to reschedule with us.

In return to those who are going ahead, we will share their wonderful achievements and events on our social media channels next week – please keep your eyes peeled:

WE WILL still be hosting Kids Inspire Week ‘WATCH THIS SPACE… dates TBC’

*****UPDATE ENDS*****

Kids Inspire Wellbeing Week is a week for you, your work place or school, family and friends to come together to focus on wellbeing

Events and activities during wellbeing week will be linked to at least one of the 5-ways to wellbeing:

Why not take part in one (or more) and continue to build in a balance of activities in the longer-term. Find a selection of forthcoming wellbeing events below:

  • Spa Day
  • Pavement Talk
  • Tea and Talk
  • Open House
  • Volunteer party

A full calendar of activities can be found by clicking here

You can support Kids Inspire Wellbeing Week by:

  • Following, retweeting, and sharing our social media posts during the week. Sunday 12 May – Sunday 19 May

  • Share wellbeing ideas within your school, your place of work, with your children and friends. We have prepared this pack which has a few ideas to get you thinking about the 5-ways to wellbeing and activities you could do

Share with others about Kids Inspire wellbeing week and ideas for how they too could balance their mental health
